Problem
In the Hussle CRM application the compose message screen takes too long for sales reps to send marketing assets with personalized messages to their customers.
Solution
Incorporate an AI messaging assistant to help sales reps quickly generate personalized messages to their customers.

Proto Personas
2 personas were created of sales reps that use the Hussle CRM platform to send messages with marketing assets to their customers.

Usability Testing
A qualitative test was conducted using the UserBrain platform. The goal of this test was to find potential issues with the new AI compose message flow early in the development process.
Qualitative User Feedback
Users completed 3 tasks using the new CMR share flow prototype and provided suggestions to improve the experience.
Multiple Choice Test
Users were shown five potential names for the new AI messaging feature and asked to select their favorite. The name "AI Composer" emerged as the top choice.
